(1) What worked for me:

The podcasts, especially the Keeping it 101 podcasts. They are the MOST interesting. I compel you to listen to them, if nothing else! They give such goof information. I also liked the Religion for Breakfast videos, they were very engaging!

(2) What didnt work for me:

Ignoring the work and being overwhelmed did NOT help me. It just piled up for later and made me unprepared for tests. I would advise you to make a schedule and stick to it! Since there wasn’t a set schedule for the course, I wish I would have made one for myself. Also, if things are getting too overwhelming, PLEASE talk to the professor! He is super understanding.

(3) What advice you wish you received back when you started this course a mere 10 weeks ago:

Make a schedule if you dont feel motivated to finish everything, at least do half! Also, make a studu guide using the reading guides if you were too overwhelmed to finsih things. It really eay to find things using key words, the readings, and the course schedule.

(4) what was your favorite part of that class that you’re excited for future students to be learning about too.

Learning about current, real world issues concerning the study of religion was my favorite! Specifically, the issue of a lack of calendar representation for non-Christian religions.
